Bay Residences are located between level 8 and 36. In our example, this is Bay Unit 02, a 2-bedroom residence with an interior of 2,303 sq ft and a terrace of 471 sq ft.
The unit's lobby and private elevator lead to the foyer, with a powder room on the left and a laundry room on the right. Then comes the kitchen and the great room, with access to the terrace.
