Dreamlike homes floating between sea and sky

Created by iconic designers César Pelli and Giorgio Armani, Residences by Armani Casa is a 56-story oceanfront condominium built in 2019. It offers 308 residences with 2 to 4 bedrooms, plus penthouses ranging from 1,326 to 6,138 sq ft. Units feature private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling windows, Armani kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a summer kitchen, and terraces with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city. Mr. Armani brings his inimitable sensibilities and talent for understated elegance to interior design. Rich textiles, a palette of softly dramatic tones, and sensual textures create an atmosphere of refined elegance.

Inside Residence A at Armani Casa

Residences A are 4-bedroom residences that feature an interior ranging from 3,640 to 4,150 sq ft and a terrace ranging from 1,244 to 1,560 sq ft. In our example, the unit is located on the 28th floor and features an interior of 3,891 sq ft with an outdoor area of 1,244 sq ft.

The foyer opens to a gallery with a service room and powder room, followed by the kitchen and the living/dining room. Behind the kitchen is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, midnight kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet room. You can access the sunrise terrace with its summer kitchen and ocean view from the living area and master bedroom. On the other side of the unit are the three other bedrooms, which each feature a closet and a private bathroom with a tub or shower. The second and third bedrooms have access to the sunset terrace.
